Our 3 to 12 month Replacement Guarantee gives you some peace of mind! If you identify that an employee is unsuitable or the employee decides to leave, within the Guarantee period, we will search for a replacement for you, at no extra charge. For you, that means no re-writing ads, taking phone calls, initial interviewing or reference checking, as we do it all for you! Internet advertising of job vacancies is included in all of our agreed fees so no matter how many times we advertise your job, the price doesn’t change.

Internet Advertising

Internet Advertising on our preferred sites is included in our service and you won’t be charged any additional fees for it! Simple as that! Find out more before you going advertising yourself!

Fixed and Flexible Fees

Fixed or Flexible pricing is exactly that! We can agree on a fixed fee no matter what the final Total Employment Package is, or if the Total Employment Package is open to negotiation then we can simply agree on a fee based on a percentage of the Total Employment Package offered to the employee.

  • negotiation of offer, acceptance and candidate start date and
  • follow-up with both client and candidate in the agreed Guarantee period.
