A retained assignment is an assignment where PeopleSelect is retained as the exclusive service provider. PeopleSelect consultants work in close partnership with our clients to produce a detailed assignment specification which serves as a blueprint for the conduct of the assignment. This blueprint is designed to maximise the success of the recruitment exercise and minimise the risk of making the wrong hiring decision.

Contingent Assignments

PeopleSelect can recruit on a non-exclusive, or contingent assignment basis. Typically, PeopleSelect will be asked who we have on our database or within our networks to fill a role. Alternatively, in consultation with you, PeopleSelect can develop a recruitment strategy for you and manage that strategy through to completion.

An executive search assignment involves targeting specific companies identified as possible sources of a Candidate with the skills, industry experience, customer knowledge and the track record to deliver immediate impact to a company. The high skill level required of the Recruitment Consultant and the detailed preparation and careful execution of the search process dictates that only experienced senior consultants conduct a search assignment.

Advertising

Once an advertising strategy is agreed upon, PeopleSelect will present the Client with an approximate costing covering production and placement of advertising. PeopleSelect will write, design and place all display advertising (including, but not limited to press, internet and magazine advertising). Selective Website advertising is a very cost effective way of seeking quality candidates and we are able to help clients choose where to advertise from a large selection of sites.
